Our High Quality

Integrated Management (IM) is the crop management method that aims to produce high quality, agricultural products by using appropriate methods and inputs, so that there is an economic benefit for the producer and a reduced burden on the environment and the human health

The "integrated management" products are produced according to certain standards and rules in order to protect consumers' health and the environment.

According to the definitions given by the Integrated Management system for crop production, pesticides, that are approved for specific crops, are used and only if their use is necessary. Moreover, fertilizers are used if and when needed and in the required quantities. Before using a fertilizer, we made laboratory soil tests to diagnose the need for nutrients.
The policy that we use for cultivation is specific and specified, and a work calendar must be used so that if a problem occurs, we will know exactly when and why it was

Ut is mandatory that producers who follow this system must have a consultant agronomist and together they will make the cultivation program interventions and care. Moreover, the use of generally modified seeds is prohibited when it comes to the production of products they want to get this accreditation.

The Agricultural Cooperative NESTOS is official and certified member of the campaign “PREMIUM EUROPEAN KIWI .This campaign is implemented within the project “Information activities and promotion of Kiwi to third countries, in particular in Canada, the United Arab Emirates and China.”
